• How Can I Pay?
  We currently accept all major credit cards & PayPal as forms of payment.
• When & How Will My Order Ship?
  The shipping method is selected by you at checkout. Orders are usually shipped through USPS.  Processing is from 2-3 days after payment is received. 
• Can I Cancel An Order?
  You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not shipped. Please email keystonecraftstudio@gmail.com or on the website (keystonecraftstudio.com) to request a cancellation.
• Do You Accept Returns?
  Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us at keystonecraftstudio@gmail.com to make arrangements. 
• What if my package is damaged?
  If orders arrive damaged please send an email with pictures to our email at keystonecraftstudio@gmail.com or on our website and we will assess the damage and what can be done. Each order is packaged with great care to ensure your package arrive unharmed, however we can not control how the carriers handle them.
• I Run A Blog/Instagram/YouTube/Etc. Will You Send Me Stuff?

• Who Makes Your Products?
  All of Keystone Craft Studio products are hand crafted by myself with some help from family in Northeast, Pennsylvania. We put love into everything we make, and inspect everything before it hits our shelves!
• Do You Make Custom Items?
  We sure can!! Our soaps require an 4-6 week cure time, so be sure to plan ahead. For pricing and order information, please email keystonecraftstudio@gmail.com.
